The OmniShare app is based on our many standard features that ensure employees a user-friendly and well-tested app.
Design wise, the app is designed to follow the existing design guide.
From the back-end it is easy to create and define user access and send user-specific push messages, e-mails or text messages.
Working in the field is now easier, as offline availability allows users access to material and collection of orders, when they are out doing their business.
The solution for DAFA is available from iPads.
User differentiated access
Through the back-end DAFA can control access to the content. This features allows admins to create folders that are only accessible to the chosen users, user-groups or specific devices.
This user-differentiated access, gives users the needed materials right at hand.
Further, admins can send users push-messages and collect data about app and content versions and know what users need to update their app.
Through the' Big brother 'function, it is easy to keep track of the users' material and to keep track of which users need to update their content.
This 'monitoring' combined with the ability of user-specific push messages, makes it easy and fast to keep all users up to date.
This improves DAFAs' servicelevel, as users always have access to the newest material, specifications etc.
With offline access to content through the OmniShare app, DAFAs' employees always have the nessecary sales and marketing material at hand.
